Our union negotiates changes and updates to our contract on a multi-year basis (usually 2 or 3 years). We completed negotiations for our 2026-2028 contract in January 2026. The contract was approved by the negotiations committee, voted on and approved by members, voted on by the St Paul City Council, and signed into law by the St Paul Mayor. 

Our contract lays our OUR RIGHTS as union-represented workers. The more know about your contract, the more able you will be to stand up for your own rights as a worker and the rights of your fellow union coworkers.
